Clifford King is Board Certified in Real Estate Law.

Mr. King received a B.A. degree in accounting from Michigan State University, a J.D. degree from Cooley Law School, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.

Mr. King was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1986 (no longer admitted in Michigan), the Florida Bar in 1988, and the Illinois Bar in 1988 (no longer admitted in Illinois).  Mr. King is a Certified Public Accountant (Michigan, inactive status).  Mr. King has taught federal taxation at the University of South Florida, College of Business as an adjunct professor, and he has served as a board member for several local not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. King resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife, Mary King.  Together the couple have two children.  Mr. King is an avid backpacker who has backpacked over 3,500 miles including the entire Appalachian Trail.


Thomas M. Tucker received a B.A. degree in history from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennysylvania, and a J.D. degree from Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Tucker was admitted to the Pennysylvania Bar in 1984 (inactive status) , the New Jersey Bar in 1985 (inactive status), and the Florida Bar in 1991.

Mr. Tucker served as in-house counsel for and president of Stewart Title Company of Sarasota from 1991 to 1998.  He then entered the private practice of law in Florida by joining a Sarasota law firm.  Mr. Tucker established his own law firm in 2004, practicing in the areas of real estate law, including transactional work and title curative work.

Mr. Tucker resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife Olga.  Together the couple have four children.
